Description
Predicta® Bioactive Bulk is a universal, dual-cure bioactive bulk-fill composite that streamlines restorative procedures while maintaining performance and longevity. It is designed to fill any size cavity preparation all the way up to the occlusal surface—without the need for layering—making it particularly effective for posterior restorations and as an amalgam substitute.
Moreover, this bioactive bulk-fill composite promotes long-term tooth health through the continuous release of calcium and phosphate ions. Additionally, it releases and recharges fluoride ions, contributing to remineralization and the formation of mineral apatite at the tooth-material interface. As a result, these bioactive properties help support tooth structure and reduce the risk of secondary caries.
Key Features of using Predicta Bioactive Bulk
-
Dual-cure for unlimited depth of cure – Ensures complete polymerization in deep preparations or under indirect restorations.
-
Fluorescent for natural appearance – Enhances esthetics and visibility under curing and diagnostic lights.
-
Multiple viscosities and shades – Available in flowable and packable consistencies to suit different clinical cases.
-
Highly radiopaque – Improves diagnostic confidence on X-rays.
-
Nanohybrid versatility – Offers excellent polishability and esthetic blending.
-
Strong and durable – Withstands occlusal forces in high-stress posterior zones.
-
Indicated for Class I–V restorations – Suitable for a broad range of clinical applications, from shallow to deep cavities.
-
Highly polishable – Maintains long-lasting surface luster and smoothness.
Predicta® Bioactive Bulk is compatible with all standard adhesive systems and is delivered in an easy-to-use syringe format for precise placement. Its ability to support minimally invasive dentistry while delivering long-term functional and esthetic outcomes makes it a valuable tool in any restorative workflow.
